I’m Enrique Cordero, an advisor to multigenerational family enterprises across Central America, the Caribbean, and the United States. After leading my own business for more than 20 years—and later completing an MBA and specialized training in Family Business Governance—I discovered a clear calling: helping families prosper together. Today, I guide family business leaders through governance decisions, succession transitions, and the communication practices that keep both the business and relationships strong.
